Verification
Our team will review your request and may ask for photos of damaged items or specific batch information for quality control purposes.
Return Authorization
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send non-perishable items.
Refund or Replacement
After processing your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement order at no extra cost.
